Cryonorm direct steam heated vaporizer

Fully skid mounted with bottom corner locks, lifting pads and fork lift pockets. Width of skid to standard ISO container dimensions.

Frame with certified lifting eyes and with safe load certificate by third party (offshore certification to EN12079 is offered as option). Inside this frame, all equipment, piping and instruments are mounted. All components are EX-rated, for operation in EX-zone.

Vaporizer is direct steam heated type with full pneumatic steam controls, designed for manual operation and rated for Nitrogen duty of 15.000 Nm³/hr @ 20 ^oC gas outlet.  Valves and safeties are executed in “fire safe” design for LNG/Ethylene duty.

Available for maximum working pressure up to 100 bar and steam temperature up to 350 ^oC.
