Electric Heated Vaporizers

With the move to environmentally friendly processes and zero emission at point of use electric heated vaporizers for cryogenic fluids represent a vital component in various industrial processes where the efficient vaporization and superheating of liquefied gases are required. These vaporizers utilize electric heating elements generating the required heat to vaporize and superheat cryogenic fluids. The heating rods are submerged in the water bath, ensuring efficient heat transfer to the cryogenic fluids. For higher flows, the units will be equipped with an agitator to further enhance heat transfer. Cryonorm offers cylindrical and rectangular water bath designs, both available in stainless steel and/or painted carbon steel. We provide these units for safe zone areas as well as ATEX areas.
